Job Description
Element Construction Testing (S) Pte. Ltd. is offering an opportunity for an Administrator to join our growing team. This position presents a great platform to develop your Administration career within a Global Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) business.
The role is based in Sungei Kadut Loop, Singapore.
Job Duties:
- Assist with the Reception desk as required and undertake associated tasks, such as directing incoming calls and managing visitor arrival/departure
- Utilize the in-house database and other systems efficiently to ensure maximum productivity
- Display flexibility in a busy environment by working effectively with an established team and following established processes
- Organize and coordinate couriers
- Maintain the filing system to ensure easy accessibility of documents
- Prepare outgoing mail
