Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Relations Officer. As a Service Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handling client feedback, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring effective resolution and communication.
- Building and nurturing long-term business relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and timely solutions.
- Providing regular reports on client interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actionable strategies.
To excel in this role, you should have exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service will be advantageous.
