Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team. As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the IT department.
Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and assisting with network administration tasks. You will also be responsible for documenting technical procedures, updating system manuals, and providing training to end-users, when necessary.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required.
