Job Description
Position: Admin Assistant
Company: SMC MANUFACTURING (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD
1) Control Stationery – Responsible for managing and organizing office stationery supplies.
2) Manage Company Email – Handle and respond to company emails in a timely manner.
3) Data Entry – Input and maintain accurate records of company data.
4) Manage Company Vehicle – Oversee the management and usage of company vehicles.
5) Manage Company Dispatch – Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of company materials and products.
6) Minimum 1 Year Working Experience – Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
7) Proficient in Microsoft Office – Must possess strong knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Office applications.
