Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative – Gaming Industry

Job Description:
- Provide customer service support and technical issue resolution via email, chat, and other online platforms.
- Identify players’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Ensure customer queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution and respond with excellent attention to detail, care, and professionalism.
- Work closely with the game operation team and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays based on shift roster schedule.
- Fluency in verbal and written communication skills in English and good knowledge of other SEA languages.
- Possess a customer-focused mindset and a passion for gaming.
- At least one year of customer service or relevant work experience.
