Job Description
If you are keen on providing exceptional service and have a genuine interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health and wellness, we are looking for you! Join our team and contribute to promoting TCM products and aiding customers in maintaining their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in-stores
- Promote new products and encourage customers to take up membership
- Collaborate with the team to achieve outlet sales targets
- Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs
- Handle customers’ feedback or complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed
- Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed
- Handle POS system and cashiering activities
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in retail
- Passion for the retail industry and ability to work well in a team
- Candidates with experience in the TCM health and wellness industry may be considered for senior roles
