Job Description

$4,00 – $6,00 monthly

The role:

• Identifying and resolving gaps in HR workflows and policies through enhancing existing/drafting new workflows and policies, including implementation and enforcement.
• Management of HR team, including day-to-day administrative functions.
• Oversee and assist in the full spectrum of recruitment of local and foreign staff, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, pass application, insurance, medical, housing arrangements, etc.
• Oversee and assist in both onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Oversee and assist in maintaining accurate employee records and administration, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee and assist with staff and organizational development/training initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
• Oversee and assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.

Job requirements:

• Degree from a recognized university. Degrees or other qualifications in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related fields are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
• Experience in managing 1 or more staff.
• Work experience that covers HR aspects of operational and executive staff in both big and small companies is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, related laws, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in QuickHR software will be an added advantage.
