Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support department administration activities
• Answer customers’ enquiries, attend customer’s complaint and fulfil customers’ orders in a professional manner

Input daily orders accurately into system, liaise with respective sales person for quotation

Check inventory and do shipment plan for certain consignment warehouse and make sure shipment to move smoothly on time, fulfill customer requirement

Monitor projects and orders and ensure that there is zero error

Respond to customers’ complaints courteously and swiftly

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Display effective interpersonal and communication skills to foster both internal and external customers’ relationship
