Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Your main duties will include coordinating with the production team, creating work schedules, monitoring productivity levels, and implementing production strategies to meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for resolving any production issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing inventory levels.
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
