Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Desktop EUC Support L1. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to end-users regarding desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Your main tasks will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving user problems, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail. You must also possess effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
