Job Description
The role of an Accounts Receivable Supervisor is to oversee the financial operations of the company by managing the accounts receivable function. This includes overseeing the collection and tracking of outstanding customer payments, analyzing payment trends, and ensuring the accuracy of invoices and customer records.
As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, your responsibilities will include monitoring the aging of accounts receivable, coordinating with billing and sales teams to resolve any payment discrepancies, and implementing effective credit and collection policies. You will also be responsible for generating financial reports and providing recommendations for improving the accounts receivable process.
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required, along with several years of experience in accounts receivable management.
