Job Description
Responsible for all correspondence, emails, meetings arrangements and ensure proper dissemination and follow up
- Handle and prepare QUOTATIONS – (CCTV, Network Cabling, Security Systems, Electrical Works, etc.)
- Communicate and liaise with internal departments and external contacts
- Maintain documentation and filing system
- Perform strong administrative and other ad-hoc tasks assigned
