Job Description
- Provide professional and courteous service to patients/customers
- Process medication orders and prescriptions for inpatient and outpatient
- Picking, packing and labelling in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and department standard operating procedures
- Perform billing functions
- Ensure work area is ready for daily operation
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pharmacy and ward areas where drugs are stored
- Involve in workplace quality improvement projects/activities as and when required
