Job Description

Job Description:
- Must have a passion in customer service
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
- Must have a strong personality and communication skills
- Can speak English and Mandarin
- Report all guest feedback to the management for appropriate action if needed
- Must have a Customer Service working experience
- Must have a good relation with customers or clients
- Willing to work 6 days per week (8 hours per day)
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management
