Job Description
As an Orange Force Ambassador at Income Insurance Limited, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to Income Motor policyholders in times of need. Your primary responsibilities will include managing accident scenes, filing accident reports, and providing advice on post-accident and claim matters.
To succeed in this role, you must be well-groomed, passionate about serving others, and possess excellent conversational skills. You will serve as the face and voice of Income Insurance Ltd., ensuring the best interest of motor policyholders and achieving positive outcomes for all.
In addition to being customer-centric, you should be resilient, performance-driven, and goal-oriented. Your role as an Orange Force Ambassador will require you to think on your feet and provide dutiful advice in line with the company’s objectives.
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in any field
- Possess a Singapore Traffic Police Class 2A riding license
- Be performance and people-oriented
- Passionate about motorcycle riding and safety
- No traffic offenses in the last 2 years
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage
