Job Description
A Reservation Agent is responsible for assisting customers with booking reservations, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers, and provide prompt and accurate information regarding reservations, availability, rates, and policies.
- Process reservations by entering customer information, checking availability, and providing confirmation details.
- Upsell additional services and amenities to customers to enhance their experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues regarding reservations in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s policies, products, and services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and computer systems.
