Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete operations spectrum by establishing connections with agents, vessel masters, bunker suppliers, ocean route providers, vessel brokers, and insurers.
- Ensure the seamless execution of all shipments.
- Maintain operational efficiency, emphasizing profit maximization and cost minimization.
- Create and provide documentation instructions to counterparts and support the Chartering Desk in verifying information.
- Calculate Freight/Hire and assess Laytime/Demurrage/Despatch, collaborating with the finance department for validation.
- Coordinate with the management department to address technical issues related to the ships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Hard working & flexible in work timing as per work requirement.
- Possess good planning and organizing skills.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
