Job Description
Location: Marine – 7 Benoi Road, SG
Description:
- Working in Enterprise System (SAP) environment
- Daily listing of Job Notification, Request For Quotation and PO
- Create or edit Maintenance Order (MO), cancel Notification
- Scan and attach Quotes, Service Acceptance and supporting docs to MO
- Timely closing of MO and Job Notification.
- Filing of documents
- Any other secondary duties allocated
Requirements:
- Higher NTC or NTC in any Engineering / Logistics related discipline
- Meticulous in planning and inventory tracking
- Experience in using SAP MM is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to handle ambiguities and uncertainties with operations and clients
- Able to work independently and find out information from various parties
