Job Description
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our hotel. Your main responsibility is to provide an exceptional level of customer service and ensure guests have a pleasant stay.
Your tasks will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering phone calls and emails, making reservations, and providing information about the hotel facilities and local attractions. You will also handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively. Being knowledgeable about the hotel’s services and amenities is essential in order to provide accurate information to guests.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality position is preferred, but not required. Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
