Job Description
Managing operations such as computer networks, user support, hardware, software, and other IT infrastructure to ensure it is functioning properly.
Developing and implementing policies related to information security and privacy concerns.
Identifying potential problems with existing systems and recommending improvements to existing processes.
Directing the development and implementation of new applications and systems.
Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Researching new technologies and products that could help the company achieve its goals.
Establishing policies and procedures for an organization’s computing needs.
Serving as a liaison between the IT department and other departments within the organization.
