Job Description
Take orders from the customers
Prepare and serve beverages for customers
Attend to customers promptly and recommend suitable products to meet their needs
Achieve set store targets & sales performance
Ensure that all merchandise are properly displayed on the shelves
Provide mentoring support to junior / new staff when required
Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the retail area and tea bar counter are kept neat and clean at all times
Handle the POS system and ensure the accuracy of all transactions
Prepare daily store opening / update of daily sales to HQ
Observe the opening hours by being punctual and complete the closing according to SOP
With Basic Food Hygiene license will have an advantage
