Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill orders from various e-commerce platforms (Eg. Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Grabmart)
- Manage company’s product portfolio on marketplaces such as uploading, delisting, returns, defect management, replenishment, and content updates
- Updating shipping status on the online channels
- Writing product descriptions based on SEO Keywords
- Attend to customer’s queries, resolve any concerns on their orders and maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences
- Create image designs or perform product photoshoot as necessary for e-commerce products
- Crosscheck images with all e-commerce platforms and inventory sheet to ensure all products are uploaded
- Process customer’s orders and issue e-invoice using in-house software
- Troubleshoot issues relating to order shipment, e-commerce purchase, order fulfillment, and etc.
- Manage Facebook page
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Skills and experience required:
- At least 3 years of experience with content, product & inventory management
- Skills and knowledge of various e-commerce platforms as mentioned earlier
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Numerical and Excel skills
- A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
