Job Description
We are currently seeking a Telephone Operator to join our team at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore.
As the Telephone Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, helpful, and informative service over the phone.
- Contributing to creating an excellent experience for all guests.
- Handling all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
