Job Description
Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing Construction Materials;
Responsible for raising material requisitions and purchase orders;
Liaise and follow up with suppliers/vendors and maintain the approved suppliers and subcontractors in the Approved Vendor List (AVL);
Maintain and record the up-to-date prices from suppliers;
Prepare the relevant procurement reports/summaries;
Assist in preparing cost budget;
Matching of suppliers’ invoices with supporting documents such as MR, DO & PO;
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
