Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for driving digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation, evaluate technologies, and implement strategies to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects focused on implementing digital solutions, such as automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence
- Assess and analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute a digital roadmap to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects
