Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pet Groomer to join our team at Serangoon North Avenue 2. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of grooming experience, hold an SKC certification, possess good communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets’ fur according to customers’ preferences.
• Trim nails, clean ears, and provide other grooming services as required.
• Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin and report any abnormalities to the owner.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the pets during the grooming process.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the grooming area and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from pet owners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of pet grooming experience.
• SKC certification or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Passion for working with animals and ensuring their comfort.
