Job Description
Are you a highly skilled and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing HR strategies and programs to attract, retain, and develop our exceptional workforce.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, developing and implementing training and development programs, managing employee relations and performance management, and providing strategic guidance to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
