Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and maintain our Office 365 environment. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Office 365 platform, including email, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.

Your duties will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts and permissions, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Office 365 administration, including experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

Additionally, the System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining system documentation, conducting regular backups, and implementing disaster recovery plans. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
