Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and execute social media strategies for new product launches
• Manage and own the social media content calendar
• Develop and execute sustenance strategies for long-running marketing campaigns to continuously grow new sub-brands and audiences
• Develop and execute results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy, in line with corporate and brand direction
• Set goals and develop reporting metrics for each social media platform
• Craft effective campaign briefs for the creative team
• Work with the marketing & creative teams to create high-quality and timely content that engages with a wide range of audience types
• Work closely with the marketing & creative teams to develop KOL engagement activities and develop supporting assets for campaigns
• Build lasting relationships with existing KOLs/influencers and actively engage new content creators for campaigns
• Create and distribute engaging copy across all social media platforms
• Research new audience interests and behavior to develop relevant, localized, and engaging content plans for multiple social platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok)
