Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as an Ecommerce Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform and driving online sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness.
- Managing and updating the e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly interface and smooth online shopping experience.
- Monitoring website performance and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Coordinating with various teams, such as marketing, design, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate product listings, promotions, and order fulfillment.
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive market analysis to identify new opportunities and improve online sales performance.
