Job Description
Job Description & Requirements
- Report to Project Manager.
- Do schedule, monthly claims and report.
- Coordinate with client (owner), consultants and subcon on the nature of the works.
- Conduct/liasing of meetings to all parties.
- Coordinate/supervise/managing the nature of works based on project plan.
- Ensure Safety Health Environment implementation of works.
- Other jobs as requested by Management.
- Able to work independently & report to site PM.
- Able to do shop drawings with minimum supervision.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in HDB/LTA/CONDO projects.
- Degree in Architecture or other equivalent.
- Have knowledge in local practices and other architectural trades.
