Job Description
NOVELA INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Fragrance Advisor to join our team. As a Fragrance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product recommendations to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect fragrance based on their preferences and needs
- Provide in-depth product knowledge, including the different fragrance families and notes
- Conduct fragrance demonstrations and offer samples to customers
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalized service
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling fragrances
- Stay up to date with the latest fragrance trends and new product releases
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the fragrance industry is preferred, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong passion for fragrances and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
