Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager in our General Management department. As an Assistant Manager, you will provide support to the Manager and assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in developing and implementing strategic plans
- Coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Managing and resolving any operational issues
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
