Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an L2 IT Support Engineer. As an L2 IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users in a fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective resolutions to hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems via phone, email, and remote assistance.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components.
- Documenting all technical procedures and solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
