Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage duty roster, cleaning schedule & plan for equipment upkeep.
- Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
- Manage service crew’s performance, develop training plan to ensure service excellence.
- Maintain floor order and manage customer traffic.
- Oversee and streamline all workflow, provide superior with feedback & suggestion to improve productivity.
- Attend and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.
- Look after playground safety and handle all accident and emergency issues.
- Undertake & execute special projects assigned by the supervisor.
