Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
- Set destinations for the HR group and track progress
- Screen inner HR frameworks and information bases
- Survey and support or change spending plans. Plan and carry out organization strategies
- Screen key HR measurements
- Go about as an expert to administrators and staff in regards to arrangements and systems
- Make point by point provides details regarding HR costs
- Prescribe new programming to address staff needs, similar to execution audit instruments
- Address workers’ questions (for example on remuneration and work guidelines)
Requirements and Skills
- Demonstrated work insight as a HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or a similar role
- Great information on work law
- Active involvement in Human Resources Information Systems
- Experience planning remuneration and support agreement
- Capacity to foster clear and reasonable organization approaches
- Fantastic insightful and dynamic capacities
- Group the board abilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills, with good command of both spoken and written Chinese being essential
- Able to go on business trips overseas frequently
- Familiarity with the East Asian Market is highly advantageous
- Have a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
