Job Description
This position shall be able to execute daily operations as follows:
- Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders and accuracy on shipments and stock (inbound/outbound).
- Ensure accurate shipping documentation for all order fulfilments, distribution and shipments.
- Liaison with customers and forwarding agents.
- Timely system updates, transactions on inventory (in/out) related documents.
- Maintain proper inventory control and accuracy (System & Physical) including proper handling, filing and transaction records.
- Perform stock take and cycle count with relevant parties.
- Conduct investigation on irregularities such as damages or stock discrepancy and report findings (if any) to immediate superior.
