Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Data Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the agile development process for data-related projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and scientists, to deliver high-quality data solutions.
As a Data Scrum Master, your primary role will be to ensure that the team follows agile principles and practices, and to remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder their progress. You will facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospective meetings to keep the team aligned and focused on delivering value to our stakeholders.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in managing data-related projects. You should be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, and have a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
