Job Description
Sourcing of materials and manpower, commercial estimation, and customer billing.
- Provide independent quotations for customer inquiries.
- Create Budget Costing Sheet before generating quotations.
- Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations Department for all commercial matters.
- Communicate with customers to clarify job requirements and prepare quotations.
- Conduct site inspections to understand the job scope for quotation generation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand the work to be quoted.
- Assist Sales by coordinating with internal departments.
- Visit new and existing customers to promote services when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD or Management.
