Job Information

Job Description

1. Monitor daily imports via road to various customers and sites;

2. Cross check BCA’s eLanding against MY delivery;

3. Issuing of monthly Purchase Orders;

4. Entry of Sales Orders;

5. Preparation of documents to BCA for each distance source importation;

6. Liaise with suppliers for documentation of each import;

7. Liaise with suppliers if overload of trucks is alerted by BCA’s berthing operation;

8. Application of Landing Permit with BCA;

9. Assist to liaise with Declaring Agent on CCP applied (i.e. wrongly declared);

10. Declare distance source CCP;

11. Prepare quotation slips and quotations;

12. Prepare Customer Satisfactory Reports;

13. Prepare new customers’ trading accounts;

14. Keep track of accounts due for payment;

15. Ensure quotations are acknowledged back for filing;

16. Follow up on customers’ Purchase Orders; and

17. Other assignments from time to time.

18. Able to work in Jurong Port (West)
