Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a welding team, providing guidance and training
- Coordinate daily assignments, prioritize tasks for timely project completion
- Ensure welding meets quality standards and approved procedures
- Conduct regular product inspections to address defects
- Allocate jobs based on welders’ skills and qualifications
- Plan and schedule welding activities, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
- Manage welding equipment and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
- Enforce safety regulations
Requirements:
- Welding certificates, preferably 3G/6G with GTAW & SMAW
- Minimum 5 years as a Foreman
- Strong planning and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
