Job Description

You are responsible for month-end reporting, quarterly, and year-end reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Credit Limit review reporting.
• Reconcile HCS and DRC sales detail report.
• Review discounts and call for corrective action.
• Revenue, subsidised medical care, and other management reporting.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or any related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Strong IT skills and with working knowledge of ACCPAC and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently without much supervision.
• A proactive learner & team player.
