Job Description
- Manage/Assist front desk work including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls/e-mails/text messages, following up with patients on results and side effects from treatments/products, registration of patients, dispensing of drugs and collection of payment, arrange home delivery parcels.
- Open to doing basic therapist work i.e. applying serum on patients, etc.
- 5.5 days work per week.
- Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Doctor/Manager.
- We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure/stress.
- Ability to multitask.
- Team player.
- High EQ and high tact.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills – pleasant as you will be representing our clinic.
- Good spoken and written English. Will be an advantage if you can converse well in Mandarin, Malay, and Bahasa.
- Basic computer skills.
- Receptionist related work experience will be an advantage.
- Experience using clinic assist software will be an advantage.
