Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Guest Experience Executive. As the Hotel Guest Experience Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction during their stay at our hotel.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in procedures
- Attending to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Providing recommendations and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Arranging and coordinating special requests, such as room decorations or surprise amenities
- Ensuring that guest rooms are well-maintained and meet high cleanliness standards
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for providing outstanding customer service. Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
