Job Description
Deliver Meal Service to patients, attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
Take the patients’ meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS).
Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs patients.
Ensure accuracy of every patient’s meal orders, preference, restrictions, special requests, and food allergies are properly recorded in the eMOS.
Clear soiled meal trays from patient rooms at the given time.
Attend to wards and patient’s food-related issues, complaints, and feedback. Coordinate with the Kitchen staff for follow-up action and service recovery.
Undertake any duties as assigned by Superior.
Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and NEA regulations governing cleanliness and hygiene.
