Job Description
- Work with Food Production team, liaise with customers (Individual and restaurants) for ordering
- Arrange logistics for order delivery
- Answer customer queries and handle complaints
- Plan daily/weekly/monthly production plan to ensure orders are fulfilled
- Prepare duty roster to ensure enough manpower
- Place purchase orders based on production needs
- Conduct month-end stock counting
- Ensure safety of the workplace
