Job Description
A Technical Solutions Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers. They collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide them with the best technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers to showcase the benefits and features of the company’s products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement.

Qualifications:
