Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of SIA’s Learning & Development Department in Cabin Crew Division. He/She will provide onsite admin and logistics support to ensure smooth training activities, assist with the development bite-size training programmes and system testing, as well as submission of training grant claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties such as airport pass and aircraft visit applications for new trainees and operating crew.
- Assist in the tracking and monitoring of attendance taking for all classes, consolidation and uploading of reports etc.
- Manage and track WSQ and e2i training grant submission, approval, and disbursement and ensure prompt follow up on the status of approval and disbursement within the stipulated timeline
- Support the administration of Learning Management System and training scheduling.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot reported issues, managing enhancements to the learning and scheduling/rostering systems.
- Assist with user acceptance testing of CCLD Portal development and development of bite-sized elearning content.
Requirements
- Possess a diploma in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of Learning Management System and other related systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications
- Analytical, meticulous and possess good numerical competency
- Proficiency in interactive content development using software such as Articulate to enhance the learning engagement will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
This is an 18-month contract position.
