Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline our service delivery processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation workflows to optimize service delivery efficiency.
- Create and maintain automation scripts and tools for various systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Ensure the integrity and security of automation processes and systems.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automation workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service automation and process improvement.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools.
