Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Development & Product Management Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our investment-linked products, ensuring their competitiveness and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and launch of new investment-linked products that meet market demands and customer needs
- Manage the product lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and making necessary updates to maintain product relevancy
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for product improvement and growth
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including actuaries, underwriters, sales teams, and marketing teams, to ensure the successful implementation and promotion of the products
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in product development and management, preferably in the insurance or financial industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
